Handle WebSocket backpressure: log lagged clients, increase buffer

- Increase broadcast channel capacity 256→1024
- Handle RecvError::Lagged in WS handler: log warning with drop count
  instead of silently ignoring. Connection stays alive.
- Remove resolved tasks from TASKS.md
